Dr. Prashant Bhimani is a renowned senior consultant Psychologist from Ahmedabad, India who has been practicing for over 30 years now. For the past 15 years, he has been contributing to Divya Bhaskar Newspaper as a weekly columnist. He is also publishing in ‘Halchal Healthline’ magazine (Kolkata), ‘Suvichar’ magazine (NGO of Gujarat Sadvichar Parivar’, and ‘Khadayta Joyoti’ (A Community Magazine). Moreover, his penmanship has produced five best-selling books. His transcreation for Arvind Adiga’s famous Man Booker Prize-winning novel, ‘The White Tiger,’ has gained tremendous popularity among the Gujarati audiences. Furthermore, Dr. Bhimani’s highly acclaimed books, ‘Hu Ane Tu,’ ‘Mandurast,’ ‘Positive Parenting,’ and ‘Healthy Minds’ have garnered much attention for his authorship and celebrated literary skills. His services at several NGOs have accounted for humanitarian efforts toward building an inclusive society. He is also contributing as a senior consultant psychologist at CEPT University, Ahmedabad. Utsavi Bhimani, researcher, clinician, and writer, has contributed to children, adolescents, and young adolescents’ mental health at Healthy Minds Clinic. She has completed two master’s in clinical psychology (i.e., Pennsylvania State University and Gujarat University) and received a Gold Medal for her bachelor’s research at St. Xavier’s College. Her literary journey began with NavGujarat Samay Newspaper (The Times Group), where she penned columns for reducing stigma and raising mental health awareness. Moreover, she has translated two books; Neha, My Sister for National Book Trust New Delhi, and Modern Gurukul – My Experiments with Parenting. Furthermore, she has also advocated for stigma reduction and raising awareness through her media appearances (regional and national TV and radio). Moreover, Ms. Bhimani’s work in providing psychological help to various NGOs, colleges, organizations, and groups has been noteworthy. The Swayam Siddha Foundation awarded her with the ‘Daughter of Gujarat’ for her outstanding contributions to society.
